Not concieving

Asked for Female, 30 years

I am married since 2 years and haven’t conceived yet. I got myself checked and a polyp was found which was later removed with a surgery. I want to ask if it will harm my endometrial lining if I again go for removal, or anything else? I suffer from severe pelvic pain. Will it help to ease the pain?
