Not gaining weight

I'm 23 week Pregnant Allhumdulliah with my rainbow baby. I'm worried because my weight is stuck to 70, I'm not gaining weight. I'm checking my weight from 2 to 3 weeks. I'm taking iron and calcium tablet from 5th month.

Congratulations on your precious pregnancy. We wish you and your child a safe and happy life ahead. It's alright. Don't panic. Some women gain an overall of 5-7kgs throughout pregnancy. As long as your ultrasound reports show that your baby is roughly the size of his/her age then you need not to worry. Stay physically active, avoid heavy weights, keep taking your supplements.
