Numbness in arms

I'm 23 years old and have normal weight according to BMI. From the last few months (4-5 months I feel a slight pain in my arms and hands all day. Its feel like that I'll not be able to grip an object in my hands. Feel numbness in hands sometimes. Also after every 5-6 hours, I feel sleepy. And I'm not taking any medicines. Please guide me on what to do. Suggest any medical tests if required.
