Numbness in Hands

Asked for Female, 37 years

I had Dangue fever for a week followed by Redness , swollen and immense itchiness on hands and feet as this is somewhat gone but after the illness I've started experiencing numbness of hands and feet daily in the morning after I wake up which I never had before! My heamoglobin is 10 as I'm thalasemia minor ! Plz suggest some supplements that I scan take for the numbness!
