Numbness in Hands

My problem is while sleeping I experience numbness in my both hands only and this happens through all night. I recently got my blood test too, HB is 11.9, ferritin level is 120, cholesterol is183. Can you please guide what could be the possible reason and how to overcome it

Your blood tests are all in range, fortunately. Numbness in hands is often due to nerve compression, vitamin B12 deficiency or in diabetics.
