I m 28 year old mother of 2 kids i want to use fish oil pills (over the counter) can u doctors suggest me how much dose will go for me 3000mg , 2000mg or the 1000 mg Thanks in advance

Dear Patient,

The exact dose depends on the amount of Omega 3 in your capsule not the power of fish oil. A 1000mg fish oil capsule is the amount of fish oil, not the amount of omega 3 in it, which is why you are eating the capsule.
If you have no health problems you should take 1000mg of fish oil capsule which should give you 300-500mg of omega 3 in it.
