Hello, I had a very long and tiring week from travelling and stress, but since some days I’m having pain in both arms and hands also in legs then there’s this weird sensation in both my jaws like slight pain few times in a day. Also pain that comes and goes in the outer sides of my back. I’m sleep deprived and jet lagged but what can all these pains mean is this heart related since I have a strong family history of heart diseases. I just turned 30.

Dear Patient,

I'm assuming you travelled from aeroplane. generalized aches and pains are often stress related. You can do your serum calcium and vitamin D tests and write back to us with photos of reports. meanwhile have atleast 14-16 glasses of water. Take a muscle relaxant like tablet nuberol forte before bedtime which has slight sedation in it too. Take this for 3-5 days and sleep well. these should help you feel better and help settle the sleepiness and pain. once you have slept better and manage your stress, you will see your aches will go. Kindly share test reports too.
