Pain in Chest

I am female in my late thirties. Now and then I feel pain in my chest which then travels to the left arm. I sometimes have pain in my stomach and often feel weak. What test/s should I take to know what is causing this?

First of all, start walking regularly for atleast 15mins daily. Find healthier ways to de-stress like yoga, meditation etc. You must get a general checkup done by a medical specialist to rule out any cardiac/stomach problems. Once this is done write back to us with any other queries you may have.
