Pain in Feet

I tried speed walking a few days ago. After that my muscle/tissue above heel started to hurt. I thought it was just because of the activity and will go away eventually. I have flat feet and have to climb three stories of stairs to reach my office. It is still tender/painful after 4 days after the incident. What should I do?

Dear Patient,

Make sure you use good insoles in office wear and proper walking shoes for walking with good arch and heel support for now, dip your feet in warm water and salt for 20mins and then apply voltral gel to it and cover the area with socks or medical bandage.
Take tab ponstan forte twice a day for 3days. If you don't feel better then see a medical specialist.
