Pain in Head

Aoa, I have a issue that sometimes my head right side pain start and it remain 1, 2 days, after taking 2 pandole tablet it become fine. What is the reason behind that, I am not of sleeping deprive. The pain remain only right side of my head and little pain in right eye but on head pain is very severe,

Dear Patient,

Do you experience any nausea with it? Do you have difficulty tolerating light or sound during this time as well? It seems like you have a migraine. Migraine usually causes half sided headaches. It normally occurs without cause and goes away itself
Avoid going hungry for more than 4-5hrs, reduce caffeine intake, take lots of water, try taking some aerobics/yoga/meditation classes to balance your physical and mental energies.
If the pain is persistent and severe, take 2 tablet panadol as needed.
