Pain in head

BP and BPM are normal BS (fasting) 74 From morning i am suffering from a very strange situation. As i woke up i felt same pain in left half of my head as we feel after pulling hair i didnt paid attention but it continued whole day and onward and similer pain is below my left eye and cheek. I slept on a very comfortable mattress with no hard thing around Please help me diagnose and getting rid of it.

Dear Patient,

Its good to check your vitals in such circumstances although all are normal for now thankfully. What you are describing seems to be migraine or a stress headache. We would advise you to notice and avoid trigger foods like caffeine, chocolate, dairy products, staying empty stomach(whichever is causing this for you avoid it, there could be others). Take 2 tablets panadol when your head hurts a lot. If this doesnt subside see a medical specialist
