Pain in heel

I am suffering from a severe pain in my right heel since last month. I cant walk properly when I get up in the morning and after taking almost 20 to 25 steps I start walking normally. Similarly when I stand after sitting few hours I am not able to let any pressure on my heel. I feel severe pain in it. Please guide

Is there any redness or swelling in your heel or any other joints of your body? Have you experienced this ever before? Do you have any other conditions like blood pressure or diabetes? Do you play any sports or swim?
