Pain in knee and ankle joint

Asked for Female, 71 years

She has a hypertensive feeling. There is a lot of pain in knee and ankle joint and feeling of stiffness on planter surface of foot. The main complaint is pain while walking. Used different medications such as osteo care D +cap phlogen+movex and Tonoflex but the relief is for the time being. Any specialist who can tell what to do now?
