Pain In knees

I'm feeling pain in my knee , I can't twist or fold my knee properly ( feels only in left knee ) , my age is 27 and I had my my C-section 1.5 year before , had a line fracture on left foot too 1 year ago ,kindly suggest me some good calcium or multi vitamin please .I was taking fefol and osnate D but I'm not using it from 8 months
