Pain in Legs

I have pain in legs since 2008. I hurt my back in 2011 but leg pain is worse. I have sciatica nerve in my left leg causing this pain. I have been using pain killers but now nothing is helping with the pain I experience during the day. at night to where I cannot sleep. I have to get up and move around and also shake my legs a lot. Whether I do something or not the pain remains. I am so tired of dealing with this problem. Please recommend something

Unfortunately, the final treatment for sciatica is surgery but the success rates are low and risk is high so unless needed Drs don't operate. Alternatively, pain management can be done along with a few things and TOGETHER these can help you lead an almost pain-free life. Physiotherapy needs to be done regularly n persistently. You will need to make posture adjustments permanently. Buy a moltyfoam back support pillow & use it when sitting anywhere. Apply warm massages and Fastum gel (thrice daily) to back with gentle but firm pressure. Take tablet Brexin twice/day for 1 week.
