Pain in Lower Abdomen

I had 3 sections and my last section was done 3 years ago. From past 1 year I am facing a sudden pain in my lower abdomen whenever i yawn or move backwards. It feels like something gets fold inside and the duration of its coming back is very very painful though it lasts just few seconds. Sometimes the pain starts in lower middle and ends up in bottom left. What could be the reason for this? Is it worth paying attention ?

Why don't you show a gynecologist as to what it is? I can imagine what you are feeling is prolonged and uncomfortable. Just to be sure it isnt something serious you should go see a doctor who can examine you well before giving diagnosis.
