Pain in Right Hand

A few months ago, I pulled some heavy object very hard using my right hand. Now, I am facing sharp pain for a very short period, maybe once per day near the shoulder joint. Also, I am having difficulty in moving that arm. I have my exams coming up in which i will have to write a lot along with the practice. I want to know what can be done now.

Dear Patient,

Kindly take tablet brexin twice a day for one week and apply fastum gel to that area. If this doesn't help you will have to see an orthopedic for further treatment. Avoid lifting weights from that hand.
Please look up the correct posture for lifting and pulling weights with pictures. Follow these guidelines in life to avoid such problems in the future.
