Pain in shoulder

Patient male with pain in left shoulder region and radiation towards back of neck region. Age is 57 years.patient is prediabetic and have high cholesterol level. What is the possible diagnosis and which specialist should we concern??

Dear Patient,

It could be a nerve being pressed, a muscle spasm or some inflammation. Take tablet ponstan forte twice a day, apply voltral gel to the area with gentle pressure twice a day, and after 30mins apply hot towels.
