Pain in Shoulders Blade

I fell from my bicycle couple of days ago and got some injuries. I am a patient of cervical spondylosis and use to have pain in shoulder blade. This time pain’s direction is above blade and I consulted with a specialist and took a pain killer injection and Mayonal but the pain is not reduced and it is literally killing me. Please suggest if I should apply some plaster or any other remedy to get rid of this pain. I tried Capsidol cream but it did not work at all.

Dear Patient,

Its best to rest and ice the injured area. Do not lift heavy weights with it. Apply fastum gel thrice daily to the area. Take 1 brexin tablet three times a day and discontinue myonal. If this doesn't help you may need to get an x-ray done to assess why your symptoms aren't improving. If the pain is unbearable still kindly see a specialist
