Pain in the Head

I am feeling pain at the back of my head. Earlier it was on the left side and now it has spread to both sides. I am feeling slight irritation in my eyes as well. I have been suffering from infection in my left ear from my childhood. Some doctors say that it is a small whole in the ear and some say it is just an infection. My question is, is this related to back head pain? Let me know what to do besides taking Brufen?

It may be possible that your headache is related to the ear. Or it may be that you have an eye infection or change in the power of your eye. Would you like to visit a physician who can look into both these matters and relate it to your headache?
A hole in the ear can exist for life (treatment is surgery) and due to this infections can come and go always.

You can try breathing exercises and meditation. You can take 2 tablets panadol instead of Brufen. These will help you.
