Pain in the Stomach

My Daughter is having pain in the stomach from last one week. Whenever she eats anything, she is having pain and went to the washroom for loose motion. Now she is not eating anything from last two days. We tried to give her Rice, banana etc. We are giving her CIPROFLOXACIN and Entamizole from one week as per Dr prescription. Please prescribe some effective medicine as she is getting weak and refusing to take any food. Weight= 13kg

Dear Patient,

Currently, she is on strong treatment. Once the course is complete, try deworming her. Give her Syrup vermox 5mg/100ml in 5ml dose, twice a day (1tsp twice a day) for three days and then stop. No need to repeat treatment.
