Pain in wrist

Respected doctors please tell me what is the reason of pain in wrist while lifting weight and during normal movement of hand? The duration of this problem has been about 1 year. History: Accident about 1.5 year ago in which my wrist was hurt but I think pain is not linked to accident as it started 6 months after that.
