Periods not on Date

I'm a pcos patient. Unable to conceive. From last year periods were on date but from last 2 months no periods. Letrozole 3 cycles are done . Now had taken D-gest tab for 10 days. Still no periods. Gaining weight. Unable to control hunger. What should I do?

PCOS is a condition where there's weight gain amongst other things. I would recommend snacking on fruits, nuts, vegetables, and healthy home cooked meals rather than snacks. Take lots of water and detox juices. Walk for 20mins briskly at least thrice a week. These measures and physical activity can help boost your metabolism and regulate the hormones that can help push you in the right direction.
Also while trying to conceive it's important to not focus on the outcome (even though that's extremely difficult) and try to stay calm so that your stress levels don't harm your hormones.
