Periods Problem

My sister in law is facing menstrual problem from last two and a half months. She has lost a baby girl in 7the month in April 30'2018. After that cycle was quite good. But now from half and month ago, totally disturbing. She has only spotted, lumps of blood only after one week. One week stays, one week stops then again start. She wants to conceive again. But the situation is like this.

Has she had an ultrasound? She needs to meet a gyne who specialises in fertility. She needs a proper ultrasound to show if there are any cysts or polyps causing this. Once those are healed or treated then she can easily conceive again.
