Periods Problem

How many days are you overdue? Are you sexually active? If yes then even if you used contraception then you take a urine or blood Beta HCG test. If negative consider using an IUD or injections for contraception.
If not, and the periods are delayed by a week or two then you can do an ultrasound pelvis for PCOS or just visit a gynecologist who can guide you.
