Periods Problem

I am married and ttc, age 28 My periods were due on Feb 21 according to my 28 days of the cycle, last month in January I had periods on the 25th of January. I am a few days late. I just wanted to ask u that am I gonna follow 28 days cycle or last period date? I have checked on the strip but its negative. plz, help!

What do you mean by TTC, please explain?
If you have always had a 28 day cycle then you will just follow that. So your date should be 21st Feb, it is normal to be a few days late without being pregnant when stressed/due to hormonal changes/pills/exercise and other reasons. If periods are delayed for more than 2 weeks you can do a Serum Beta HCG blood test.
