Periods Problem

Good day! I was diagnosed with PCOS last year after Ramadhan I took Duphaston for 3 months and then my periods came naturally for 3 months. Now I am 10 days up, no sign of periods. I don't want to take Duphaston again. Are there ways to induce periods naturally?
