Persian cat attacked me..!!

I have a persian semi punch cat and he attacked me badly due to some misunderstings..Now I am feeling alot of pain and uneasiness I can't turn during my sleep please suggest me what should I do in such condition..!!

The photo attached is not opening. Did the cat scratch only or bite too? Are the cat’s vaccinations up to date? Kindly get an Inj Tetanus I/M if its vaccinations are up to date if they are not up to date kindly see a medical specialist as well. For pain take tablet brufen 200mg three times a day. If symptoms don't improve in 3-5 days kindly see a specialist.
