Pilonidal Cyst Surgery

My wife underwent Pilonidal cyst surgery and got 8-9 stitches, but now she is feeling very weak. What diet especially which fruit juices would act as a catalyst in healing up the wound quickly?

Fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin A,C, D and E will help. Fresh orange juice, coconut water, eggs, milk, yogurt, carrots, spinach, apples, beetroots, pomegranate should really help her feel better and restore any low appetite.
