Postpartum Pains

I’m 6 months postpartum. It’s my second baby. First is 1.5 years old. I’m suffering from feet bones pain and shifting pain in joints.along with shoulders muscular pain and hair fall. I’m having chronic RLS now combined with severe legs pain especially calf region and lower thighs. I am still going through postpartum depression. As doctors have taken blood tests, x-rays, ultrasound, thyroid test which are all normal. My HB and calcium/vitamin D level is also normal. What is the problem?

Dear Patient,

For PPD go for counseling/psychologist as this will really help you a lot. Regardless of your reports take osnate D tablets for 6weeks and then switch to CAC1000 once a day esp if you are nursing. After four hrs take fefolvit capsule once a day as well. Once you wean your child take Surbex Z. Having two kids in such a short time and with the changes of motherhood is extremely difficult and you need a supportive circle from friends family n doctors. Please eat healthy, take care of yourself and do things that make you happy and help you feel better.
