Im sorry to hear that. The high blood flow during pregnany can make the fragile vessels of nose bleed frequently. Apply pink polyfax eye ointment in the nose after pinching it for 20mins to stop the bleed. Wash with cold water. Keep a humidifier in her room to avoid drying of nose.

Her bp is to the higher side she will need to walk regularly and take less salt in foods otherwise there will be further complications during the delivery time. Kindly consult aboutt bp on next visit with gynecologist.
