Can any gynecologist tell me that pomegranate can be eaten from 8 weeks of pregnancy? And what should avoid and what should be the proper diet for a healthy pregnancy. History 1 miscarriage last year in 11 weeks. Age of women 28. Response awaiting

Dear Patient,
