I am in my 10th week of pregnancy. What kind of care is needed now? Can I travel through car more often? What about sex is it prohibited now?

Dear Patient,

Congratulations on your pregnancy. Regular physical activity and sex are not prohibited and can be carried out normally. lifting heavy weights, wearing high heels that risk fall, putting pressure on the back(like in massage) or stomach should be avoided. you can travel in the car but during long routes make a stopover every two hrs, relax your muscles, walk around have a sip of water.
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables and red meat. take one tablet folic acid 400mcg daily. around the end of the 2nd month, you can go visit a gynecologist who can help you forward.
