On behalf of some one her 9 month is about to finish and her baby is breech she had 3 normal babies before, 8 oct is her due date will the baby will fix her head or they will call for c section she is having pressure.

Dear Patient,

The baby needs to be in the normal cephalic position for normal delivery to take place. Nobody can predict if the baby can turn by that time but often gynecologists recommend some exercises if they feel they may be helpful. To avoid any health risk to child or mother a c-section may be recommended if engagement of the head (fixing of the baby's head in mother’s pelvis) does not take place in time.
