Asked for Female, 35 years

I have 32 weeks pregnancy with placenta Previa. Please guide me about steroid shots that needed to take for early development of baby lungs. Tell me when I need to take and is there anything harmful in it?? I don't have bleeding though.

However, once your 7th mth is over, depending on your condition two steroid injections are given 48hrs apart in the 8th month to mature the lungs of your fetus/baby. A placenta previa as you must know is when the baby is implanted at the opening of the birth canal and as it gains weight it will get heavier and there's a risk of early delivery.
