Pregnancy Nausea

Need advice. How to deal with early pregnancy nausea. I feel a strong urge to vomit but it doesn't come out especially at night and after taking warm milk. I can't eat anything till I sleep.. I also feel hungry at the same time. I feel better after taking 7up but carbonated drinks are not a healthy option to take on a daily basis.. please tell some other healthy alternatives?

Im sorry to hear that.you can take Mint-containing lozenges like strepsils with mint, have honey and lemon mixed in water, chewing ginger or having ginger in foods helps women too. Try to not stay empty stomach as it can make you more nauseous.
If nausea is unbearable take tablet navidoxine 25mg before meals.
