Pregnancy problems

Its my 26 weeks of twins preg. I'm already on bed rest I'm having severe backache, legs pain, hips joints pain and viginal bone pain. Baby's movement is also slow. 1 more thing my hands are also burning & bp 130/80. Is it normal? Also I have constipation!

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. Having a twin pregnancy isn't easy. You have to be patient and trust your doctor. The BP is slightly higher and I would advise you to increase your water intake and reduce salt in food. For the burning hands visit a GP or consult one from home using Sehat Kahani app to find out why this is happening. Increase intake of foods Rich in fiber.
Take 1tbsp ispaghol in lukewarm milk daily before bed to relieve constipation and 20ml of syrup lactulose before bed.
