Pregnancy Symptoms

It has been 11 Days since I am married and I haven’t been feeling well from the last 2 days. I am suffering from headache, vomiting, nausea and fever. Someone told me that they are the early symptoms of pregnancy. Is it true? What should be done?

Dear Patient,

You can confirm this using a strip test at home or run a confirmatory blood test of beta HCG. Fever isn't a sign of pregnancy. You may have some indigestion. It is unlikely that you have signs of pregnancy within 10 days of marriage however you can get tests run.
We would suggest you take tablet gravinate before breakfast and dinner for nausea or vomit. N 2 tablets Panadol for headache and fever as frequently as needed.
