Pressure on Chest

Asked for Female, 42 years

Having some pressure usually on left side of chest and some times feel stretch in veins of left arm/hand like fingers not open properly. Have done ECG (Heart Doctor said it is normal). Some times, feel warm sensation on different parts of body. What could be the reason.

Do you have any past history of high BP or Diabetes? Are you married? Do you have any children? Did you take your antenatal and postnatal multivitamins?
We would like you to test your serum vitamin D and Calcium levels and fasting blood sugar (if diabetic then does HBA1c also). Kindly write back to us with photos of report or show a medical specialist
It seems like your problem is of muscles stiffness. Try to walk daily for 20mins. Take CAC-1000 for 1 mth. Increase water intake to 10-12 glasses/day. eat homecooked fresh foods, including fresh fruits & veggies. Take milk and egg daily.
