Prolonged Periods

Asked for Female, 38 years

Do you know any natural remedy? I have a problem right after my c section for three years. Irregular, prolong, sometimes missed periods but usually prolonged with heavy bleeding. My gynecologist prescribed hormonal treatment but I have taken that several times, a few months after taking hormones are normal then again the same problem. All blood work and ultrasound are normal.
