Rashes and Discharge

My 6-year-old daughter is having minor white liquidy discharge with the smell, along with rashes ON and sides of her vagina. Need to know if it's something alarming. She's the 6year old normal active girl with no medical issue since birth.

I'm so sorry to hear that. That sounds like a vaginal infection. Apply Dactrin ointment to her vaginal area, but kindly see a child specialist at the earliest. She may need to eat some medicines. Maintain hygiene, wash and pat dry vagina daily and change underwear daily.
