Rashes Problem

A 24 years male patient having rashes on his scrotum with pus in it as you can see in the given pictures and it's also itching sometimes,, What should be the suspected treatment and what kind of disease is this

Dear Patient,

Im sorry tohear this. When fid this start? Has it spread since it started? Does he wash and pat himself dry thoroughly? Is the size of undergarment a correct fit for him? What kind of sports/work does he do? Is he overweight?
We feel this may be a jock itch. Try keeping the area clean and dry and wear a size of undergarmwnt that fits well. Apply dactarin ointment 2% twice a day for a week or two. If things dont improve kindly see a specialist.
