Red patches on Face

My daughter is 3 months old she has these red patches on her face at the jawline area. Here doctors prescribe her 'Sibicort ' but it is not for long term use. Whenever I stopped putting cream on it it's starting to appear again. please tell me what is that and it is a sign of anything? will it go when she will be able to sit?
