Redness and Swelling

Redness and swelling in a preauricular region for 2 days of a 7 months baby. No fever. No other complaint. Differentials plz? And treatment?

From the look of it, it seems to be an insect bite or a rash.

Please check for bed bugs and mosquitoes
Secondly, are there lymph node swelling?
Thirdly is this unilateral? Or anywhere else as well?
Is it associated with an earache?
