Redness around Vagina

My 18-month baby is having redness around her vagina and inside also . She is not even letting me to touch and crying a lot . Kindly suggest me any cream or something .. thanks

Dear Patient,

Kindly wash after every stool, diaper change. Keep her diaper free for an hour or two daily. Apply thick layers of vaseline or sudocream. If you feel its swollen give her brufen syrup 1/2tsp twice a day and apply dactarin cream. If it doesn't improve in 24-48hrs kindly see a specialist.
