- give her steam with hot water in a small room/nebulize using normal saline 2cc (2-3times/dy)
-put 2drops norsaline nasal drops in each nostril esp before bedtime
- put a humidifier in her room at night n make sure room has no dust- clean n wash evth daily
- avoid cold/sour foods; make sure she doesnt sleep directly under fan/ac (air shouldnt come on the nose)
- rub woodwards chestrub on her back chest and under soles of feet n make her wear socks at bedtime.
