Severe calcium deficiency

My mother suffers from severe calcium deficiency. Her bones can't take any stress especially the ankle bone bulges out even if she puts minimum pressure or weight on that arm. She is allergic to milk and thus making up for the calcium through food intake is not a possibility. What possible calcium supplements or medication can help her restore her calcium levels as much as possible?

Dear Patient,

Can you share any of her latest blood reports showing her recent calcium levels so treatment can be suggested accordingly? Normally calcium restoration is done through drips in such cases but the patient needs to be inside hospital setup because it is a little risky procedure and heart monitoring is essential.
If she is allergic to milk she can take yogurt as food intake. Many patients find that easier to take.
