Severe Headaches

Aoa I need little guidance I am having severe headache since a week. It starts around 5pm in the evening and last for 6-8 hours daily. I went to eye specialist but my eyes are perfect. Please suggest whom should I consult general physician or neurologist?

Have lots of water (16 glasses per day). Walk regularly 30mins for 5dys every week. Eat fruits n vegetables daily. Avoid cigarettes/dusty areas. Try taking up stress managing techniques.
