Severe Pain

My mother underwent B/L hip joint replacement almost 1 year back. After that, she is experiencing pain in ischial tuberosities on sitting. Pain is severe enough that she can't even sit comfortably for 30 mins. Kindly help. TIA!

Dear Patient,

Did she go for her followups post surgery? How long has she had this pain since? Are you sure its bone-related or does it seem muscular? Have you tried icing or applying heat packs? Any ketoprofen gel helped? Take tablet ponstan forte twice a day and see if it helps. If things don't improve in a week then kindly consult her orthopedic.
