Aslam o Alaikum sudden shivering accompanied with high fever and severe back pain and body pain in low blood pressure! What does it mean plz guide me

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. These are symptoms of an acute infection. Most likely its viral but could be bacterial. Are you have any congestion/burning urine etc?
Take 2tablets panadol every 6hrs. Along with tab ponstan forte twice to thrice a day. Take light foods like soups n clear drinks. Get some rest and drink plenty of fluids. Write back to us if you have other symptoms or see a specialist if you aren't feeling better.
